تُشغَّل منصة «رواج» (rawajai.com) من قِبل شركة أوجان لتقنية المعلومات، جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن المتحكم في البيانات فيما يخص حساب الاشتراك، ومعالِج للبيانات فيما يخص بيانات حساب البائع على أمازون التي تفوّضنا بالوصول إليها.
بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الجوال، اسم المنشأة، الرقم الضريبي، الدولة، اللغة، وسجل تسجيل الدخول (IP ووقت الدخول) لأغراض الأمان.
بيانات أمازون (عبر Selling Partner API بتفويضك): معرّف شريك البيع، الأسواق المفعّلة، القوائم (SKU/ASIN، العناوين، الأسعار، الصور)، المخزون، بيانات الطلبات على مستوى الطلب والصنف (المعرّف، التاريخ، الحالة، الكمية، المبلغ، مدينة ودولة الشحن)، والأحداث المالية (الرسوم والمرتجعات).
بيانات الإعلانات (عند ربط Amazon Ads): الحملات والمجموعات والكلمات والمزايدات ومقاييس الأداء.
بيانات الفوترة: الباقة، الفواتير، حالة الدفع، ورمز بطاقة (Token) لدى مزوّد الدفع. لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات ولا رمز CVV إطلاقًا.
بيانات الاستخدام التقني: سجلات الأخطاء والمهام وعدادات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
لا نخزّن معلومات التعريف الشخصية للمشترين (اسم المشتري، عنوانه الكامل، بريده، هاتفه). عند الحاجة لتنفيذ إجراء (مثل طلب تقييم) نستدعي البيانات من أمازون لحظيًا عبر Restricted Data Token ولا نحتفظ بها.
لا نخزّن كلمة مرور حساب Seller Central ولا نطلبها أبدًا. الربط يتم عبر تفويض OAuth رسمي من أمازون.
نستخدم بيانات أمازون حصريًا لتقديم الخدمات التي طلبتها: إنشاء القوائم وتحسينها، التسعير، الإعلانات، التقارير والتحليلات، وتنبيهات المخزون.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. لا نستخدم بيانات عميل لتدريب نماذج عامة ولا لإفادة عميل آخر.
قد نستخدم مؤشرات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية (بلا أي ربط بحساب) لتحسين المنصة.
أمازون (SP-API و Advertising API) — لتنفيذ العمليات التي تطلبها.
Anthropic (نماذج Claude) — لإنشاء النصوص والتحليلات. تُرسل بيانات المنتج والأرقام اللازمة فقط، ولا تُرسل بيانات تعريف المشترين.
موياسر (Moyasar) — لمعالجة المدفوعات بالريال السعودي. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة مباشرة لدى المزوّد.
مزوّد الاستضافة والبريد التشغيلي.
جميع هؤلاء معالِجون ملتزمون بالسرية، ولا يتلقون بيانات تتجاوز ما يلزم لأداء خدمتهم.
نحتفظ ببيانات أمازون طالما كان التفويض ساريًا. عند سحب التفويض أو إغلاق الحساب نحذف بيانات أمازون خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، بما يتوافق مع سياسة حماية بيانات أمازون (Amazon Data Protection Policy).
تُحفظ الفواتير والسجلات المحاسبية للمدة النظامية المطلوبة في المملكة (10 سنوات) لأغراض الالتزام الضريبي.
تُحذف سجلات التشغيل (logs) تلقائيًا خلال 60 يومًا.
لطلب الحذف: راسلنا من البريد المسجّل وسننفّذ الطلب ونؤكده كتابيًا خلال 30 يومًا.
تُشفَّر رموز الوصول والتحديث باستخدام AES-256-GCM، ويتم النقل عبر TLS 1.2+ حصريًا.
صلاحيات مبنية على الأدوار داخل الفريق، وتحقق بخطوتين اختياري (TOTP)، وتحديد معدل الطلبات، وسجل تدقيق كامل.

الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصديرها (CSV / API)، تصحيحها، حذفها، وسحب التفويض في أي وقت.
الاعتراض على المعالجة أو تقييدها، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة في المملكة.
نستخدم ملف ارتباط واحدًا ضروريًا لإدارة الجلسة (rawaj_sid) وتفضيل اللغة. لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية أو تتبعًا عبر المواقع.
الخدمة موجّهة للمنشآت التجارية ولا تُقدَّم لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.

تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بما فيها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)، وتختص محاكم مدينة جدة بأي نزاع.
Rawaj (rawajai.com) is operated by AWJAN Information Technology Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are the data controller for your subscription account and a data processor for the Amazon seller data you authorise us to access.
Account data: name, email, phone, company, VAT number, country, language, and sign-in records (IP and timestamp) for security.
Amazon data (via the Selling Partner API, with your authorisation): selling partner ID, enabled marketplaces, listings (SKU/ASIN, titles, prices, images), inventory, order and order-item data (ID, date, status, quantity, amount, ship city/country), and financial events (fees and refunds).
Advertising data (if Amazon Ads is connected): campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids and performance metrics.
Billing data: plan, invoices, payment status and a card token held by our payment provider. We never store card numbers or CVV.
Technical usage data: error and job logs and AI usage counters.
We do not store buyer personally identifiable information (buyer name, full address, email, phone). Where an action requires it (for example a review request) we call Amazon at that moment using a Restricted Data Token and retain nothing.
We never store or ask for your Seller Central password. Connection is made through Amazon's official OAuth authorisation.
Amazon data is used solely to deliver the services you requested: listing creation and optimisation, pricing, advertising, reporting and analytics, and inventory alerts.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We do not use one customer's data to train general models or to benefit another customer.
We may use aggregated, de-identified metrics (not linked to any account) to improve the platform.
Amazon (SP-API and Advertising API) — to perform the operations you request.
Anthropic (Claude models) — to generate copy and analyses. Only the required product data and figures are sent; no buyer PII.
Moyasar — to process SAR payments. Card details are entered directly with the provider.
Our hosting and transactional email providers.
All are processors bound by confidentiality and receive no more data than their service requires.
Amazon data is retained while your authorisation is active. On revocation or account closure we delete it within 30 days at the latest, in line with the Amazon Data Protection Policy.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for the statutory period required in Saudi Arabia (10 years) for tax compliance.
Operational logs are purged automatically after 60 days.
To request deletion, write to us from your registered email; we complete and confirm it in writing within 30 days.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; all transport is TLS 1.2+.
Role-based access inside your team, optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), rate limiting and a full audit trail.

Access and export your data (CSV / API), correct it, delete it, and revoke authorisation at any time.
Object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent Saudi authority.
We use one strictly necessary cookie for session management (rawaj_sid) plus a language preference. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
The service is intended for businesses and is not offered to anyone under 18.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). The courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
